Tortilla
Prepare the seasoned tofu and zucchini on a grill.
02Spread hummus over the tortilla, cover with lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes and red onion.
03Add kimchi, grilled tofu and zucchini.
04Wrap the tortilla with all the ingredients and put it on the grill.
05Serve with vegetable fries. Peel some carrots, potatoes and sweet potatoes and cut them into fries, season with salt, put into the oven and bake.
