More info300 g of ground beef
1 garlic clove
1 tbspn finely chopped parsley
1 tsp of ground coriander
Salt and Freshly ground pepper
For serving:2 or 4 slices of cheddar
2 buns
1 tomato
Red onion
Arugula
Parsley
Dressing:4 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp ground smoked paprika
½ tsp ground cumin
Salt
Mix the beef well with the crushed garlic, parsley, ground coriander, salt and pepper. Shape into 2 patties. If you don’t use a contact grill, use your thumb to make a dent in the middle of each patty so the meat doesn’t puff out.
02Grill the meat for a few minutes on both sides. Before taking it off the grill, place 1-2 slices of cheddar cheese on each piece and let it melt.
03Slice the buns and grill the cut side for a few minutes until golden brown.
04Cut the tomato and onion into thin slices. Mix the ingredients for the dressing.
05Spread a spoonful of dressing on the bottom of the bun, garnish with onion, tomato, arugula, roasted patty, sprinkle with a little Beavia kimchi klasik and parsley and cover with the top bun – also covered with a spoonful of dressing.
