50g honey
100g rice flour
3 teaspoons chia seeds
3 tbsp sesame seeds (for coating)
Pinch of salt
Mix everything together except the sesame seeds and form a dough from which you shape into balls.
02Roll the balls in sesame seeds, squash lightly and place on baking paper in a preheated oven at 180°C, 10 minutes. Keep an eye on the golden colour of the sesame seeds, after which remove the cookies from the oven and serve.
